Events at St. Rose need to be made with Cindy Barry. Most repeated events can be automatically confirmed at the time of your request. If you have a new type of event that you would like to book, it may take a few days to reply due to checking on availability. Please send your request to: cindy@strosereno.com.
**Our Youth Group reserves Caramella Hall and the kitchen most Saturdays, 2 pm to 9 pm. If you need to reserve part or all of Caramella Hall for a Saturday between those hours, please contact Linda Walsh at 850-2544 to possibly make arrangements.
If possible, please have an alternate date in case your first request is not available.
Opening/Closing:
Please do not depend on the office staff to open and close the church for your event. Contact someone within your organization/ministry who has access to the premises before you book your event.
Set Up/Take Down:
It is the responsibility of the organization/ministry to set up/take down the tables/chairs if used. Please wash down the tables and chairs of any substance. The staff at St. Rose may not be able to assist as they are busy with their own duties that must be completed before the end of each day.
Tables/Chairs
If you need table(s) and chair(s) during the weekend masses for your events in the Narthex, please contact Ed Wolf at maintenance@strosereno.com. Please, no phone calls.
Classrooms:
If you need a separate room in Caramella Hall, please call the church office and maintenance will set the walls up. Do not attempt to set the walls up or take them down. They are placed in the storage room in a particular order and can be easily installed/uninstalled incorrectly.
Signage:
Only one sign is allowed per event and to be located at an entrance/exit of your choice.
Kitchen:
After your event, please leave the kitchen the way you found it. If dishes, utensils, pots and/or pans, coffee pots, etc. have been used, please wash and put them away. Do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher as sometimes they aren't discovered until the next event.
